We understand that not every brand has access to the same supply chain resources. This is why we built our Flexible Production Partnership: a hybrid model designed to work seamlessly no matter which part of the equation you currently control. Whether you have sourced your fabric directly, found perfect accessories from a local artisan, or even have a custom design ready but need help with cutting and assembly, this service adapts to your specific needs.
The goal is simple: Eliminate the gaps in your supply chain so we can focus on what we do best: manufacturing quality. If you have materials, we process them. If you don’t have some elements (like packaging or specific trims), we seamlessly source and integrate them to ensure a finished product that meets our high standards.
How It Works
A few examples of how this could work:
Scenario A: You have most materials.
- You bring: Fabric, custom tags, polybags.
- We provide: Cutting, sewing, final QC, and any missing small trims (like elastic or thread) we need to order from our suppliers to complete the job.
Scenario B: You have a few key materials.
- You bring: Custom buttons or a specific patterned fabric you couldn’t find elsewhere.
- We provide: The base fabrics, cutting, sewing, and all other accessories (labels, hangtags) to ensure your unique pieces fit into the larger garment.
Scenario C: Design & Material Gap.
- You provide: Your design sketches or a partially finished prototype.
